DSA Conference Refund Policy
Refund requests must be via email to DSA Membership & Conference Manager, Maggie Bridger at [email protected]. Refund amounts are determined according to the policy outlined below.
- 50% Refunds: available until July 31, 2026.
- No Refunds: requests on or after August 1, 2026 are ineligible for a refund except for medical or visa reasons (see below):
- Medical Conditions & Emergencies: Cancellations for medical reasons will be considered and may be eligible for a full refund at the discretion of DSA.
- Visa issues: In-person registrants who are either denied a visa, or receive a visa approval letter that arrives too late (after the conference has started), are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please reach out to DSA Membership & Conference Manager, Maggie Bridger at [email protected] to request a refund.
